The cost of waiting to buy a home in the Fraser Valley- March 2015

Any idea on what it has cost the average person to buy a detached home in the Fraser Valley?

Consisting of Surrey, North Delta, White Rock, Cloverdale, Langley, Abbotsford and Mission, the Fraser Valley continues to be one of the most affordable places in the Lower Mainland to buy a home. However, it seems that continues to slowly change.

What happens when you "keep waiting" before you decide to pull the trigger? Many first time buyers decide to hold off a purchase in hopes of saving just a bit more of a down payment, but what the market does in between that time is crutial to understand.
