As first-time homebuyers we had no idea what we were doing and had a million questions, so we decided find a new Realtor. Right from the start Darin was super responsive, immediately available for questions and ready with his power point presentation (we love a Saturday morning power point presentation. 10/10). His team is a well-oiled machine. Adam will make sure all your showings run smoothly and are well researched. He is also there to look for the things that you might not think of, so you have peace of mind that you are making an offer on a good property (and then provide a shoulder to cry on when your offer falls through). Sierra will make sure you are organized and don’t miss any important deadlines and if you are lucky enough Darin will give you a cake at the end when you successfully purchase a place (do not undervalue the person who gives cake). We can’t thank all three of them enough for saving us from certain failure and finding us a townhouse that we love.

I was very pleased with the services of Darin Germyn. I interviewed 4 realtors and shortlisted 3. Darin's proposal came out on top against stiff competition. I was not disappointed. His team was very well organized and quickly followed through on their promises. Their brochure, virtual staging, marketing, contact with prospective buyer's agents, and price negotiations were all excellent. Darin and his team were accessible at all times. I had numerous showings which resulted in two offers in only two weeks. Considering the increasing number of listings, limited sales and slowing declining prices this spring in North Delta, I was most impressed.
